Lady Ashley McNair is a powerful preacher, intercessor, psalmist, a sought-after mentor,

and spiritual mother. Raised in Eastern North Carolina and the daughter of former Pastors,

Lady Ashley received salvation and was introduced to Kingdom service at an early age.

On July 19, 2015, she stood beside her husband, Dr. Aaron McNair, II as they were installed

as Lead Pastors of Mt. Moriah Community Church-Raleigh. MMCC-Raleigh is a thriving and

trendsetting ministry, whose methods for excellence and leadership have been nationally

sought after. Under the leadership of Dr. McNair and Lady Ashley, the ministry has seen

significant growth, development, and spiritual advancement.

 

Through the orchestration of the Holy Spirit, Lady Ashley stood again beside her husband

as they were installed as Senior Pastors of Deeper Life Church Ministries in 2020. Lady Ashley

serves faithfully at both ministries in the areas of praise and worship and intercession. In 2024,

Lady Ashley was installed as the Discipleship Pastor of Mt. Moriah Community Church-Raleigh,

where she trains and develops new converts and members into strong disciples of Jesus Christ. 

 

In 2015, Lady Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from East Carolina

University. In May 2024, she received a Master of Science degree in Mental Health and Wellness

with an Emphasis in Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University. Through this program,

Lady Ashley was also certified in Mental Health First Aid. She has also obtained a certificate of

Advanced Studies of Homiletics and Hermeneutics in both Oxford, England and Rome, Italy

through The Proclaimer's Place under the tutelage of Dr. Joel C. Gregory. 

 

Lady Ashley is the visionary of PowerPlay, the meeting place for powerful and playful women.

PowerPlay exists because of the belief that women can be powerful in both ministry and

marketplace, while living their best most playful lives at the same time. Endeavoring to fulfill

her God given purpose, Lady Ashley passionately pursues her assignment with humility and

compassion.

 

On March 9, 2013 she married the love of her life, Dr. Aaron McNair, II and together they have

two amazing children, Aylana Lynda Michelle and Aaron Bernard McNair, III.
